Key Leadership Changes
Among the notable appointments is Ken Potrock, a 30-year Disney veteran, who will assume the newly created role of President, The Walt Disney Company Major Events Integration. In this capacity, Potrock will oversee the planning and execution of large-scale events, including the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics and the 250th Anniversary of the United States. Thomas Mazloum has been named the new President of Disneyland Resort, where he will lead over 36,000 Cast Members and oversee the operation of two theme parks, three resort hotels, and the Downtown Disney District. Mazloum’s previous role as President of Disney Signature Experiences saw him spearhead investments to double the Disney Cruise Line fleet by 2031, among other achievements.
