Directed by Matt Shakman, Marvel Studios' The Fantastic Four: First Steps has dropped its exciting first teaser, showcasing the iconic family of adventurers who must protect the world from a mysterious extraterrestrial threat.
Pedro Pascal stars as Reed Richards, the brilliant mind who leads his family on a space journey, gaining superpowers after being exposed to cosmic rays. Alongside him are Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, who gains the ability to become invisible and create force fields, her brother Johnny Storm (played by Johnny Quinn) as the Human Torch, capable of bursting into flames and flying, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing, whose rock-solid exterior and super strength make him a vital part of the team.
The film also features the planet-devouring Galactus, voiced by Ralph Ineson, along with H.E.R.B.I.E. the Robot.
Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, the Fantastic Four is one of the foundational titles of Marvel Comics, laying the groundwork for an entire universe of characters, including Doctor Doom, the Inhumans, Kang the Conqueror, and many others.
