Despite receiving a personal invitation from the actress, Marvin Agustin chose not to attend Jolina Magdangal's wedding for a specific reason. However, one notable absence from the occasion was Marvin Agustin, Jolina’s long-time on-screen partner, who decided not to attend despite being invited by the bride.
In a discussion with Karen Davila, Marvin openly admitted that his absence was a deliberate choice. “Jolina felt a bit hurt because I couldn’t tell her the reason at the time. I really chose not to go to her wedding; it was truly my decision, even though Jolina did invite me,” he explained. Jolina had shared that Marvin was the first person she invited to her wedding, making his absence even more significant to her.
