Cebu Pacific will now operate 17 weekly flights between Manila and Bangkok as a result of the launch.
Cebu Pacific, the Philippines' leading budget airline, has announced the expansion of its Thailand operations with the launch of a new direct flight route to Bangkok's Don Mueang International Airport (DMK). This addition will increase the airline's total weekly flights between Manila and Bangkok to 17, further strengthening its presence in the Southeast Asian travel market.
New Route to Don Mueang Airport
Starting July 16, Cebu Pacific will operate three weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays between Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA T3) and Don Mueang International Airport. The addition of this route provides travelers with more flexibility and convenience when flying between the two capital cities.
Don Mueang Airport, one of Bangkok’s major international gateways, is a preferred hub for budget travelers and low-cost carriers. By launching flights to DMK, Cebu Pacific is catering to a growing demand for affordable and accessible air travel options between the Philippines and Thailand.
Expanded Flight Operations
In addition to the new service to Don Mueang, Cebu Pacific continues to offer twice-daily flights between Manila and Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK). The airline also operates twice-daily flights between Clark International Airport and Suvarnabhumi, providing multiple options for passengers traveling to and from the Philippines.
With the latest expansion, Cebu Pacific now operates a total of 17 weekly flights between Manila and Bangkok, reinforcing its commitment to enhancing connectivity between the two countries.
A Longstanding International Destination
Bangkok has been one of Cebu Pacific’s key international destinations since the airline first launched its Manila-Bangkok route in 2006. Over the years, Cebu Pacific has continued to expand its services, catering to both leisure and business travelers who frequent Thailand’s vibrant capital.
The increase in flight frequencies aligns with Cebu Pacific’s strategy to provide more affordable and flexible travel options as the tourism sector continues its recovery. The airline has been actively introducing new routes and increasing flight frequencies in response to growing passenger demand.
Booking and Travel Information
Passengers can book tickets for the new Manila-Don Mueang flights through Cebu Pacific’s website, mobile app, or authorized travel agencies. The airline continues to offer budget-friendly fares, making international travel more accessible to Filipino and Thai travelers alike.
The launch of direct flights to Don Mueang is expected to boost tourism and business exchanges between the Philippines and Thailand, further strengthening bilateral ties. With Cebu Pacific’s affordable fare options and increased flight availability, travelers can look forward to more seamless and convenient journeys between Manila and Bangkok.
