Brig. Gen. Paul Kenneth Lucas confirmed that the suspect, identified as alias "Kenneth", did not have a Comelec exemption for his firearm. The altercation, which turned violent, involved a heated argument between the suspect and multiple motorcycle riders along Marcos Highway in Sitio Calumpang, Barangay San Jose.
